You can request a return within 14 days of delivery. Full conditions are on our Refund Policy page. Because many rugs are made to order, custom pieces are reviewed case by case.

We’ll make it right. Email support@oasisrug.co within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund straight away.

Contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t entered production or shipping, we can usually change or cancel it. Once a made-to-order rug is in production, we may not be able to stop it.
