Every rug is made by hand. Each piece takes a minimum of 5 hours to complete, with larger sizes taking up to 30. Made specifically for you, from scratch, every time.

Measure the space where you plan to put the rug before ordering. Mark the dimensions out on your floor with tape or lay down a sheet at the same size, so you can see exactly how much room it takes up.
Every listing includes a size chart with all available dimensions in cm and inches. Rugs look smaller in photos than they do in person, so trust your tape measure over the picture.
We ship worldwide. Every order includes tracked delivery, and the tracking link is emailed to you the moment your parcel leaves our facility.
Each rug is made to order, so please allow a short production window before dispatch. Delivery typically takes 8 to 12 business days from dispatch.
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. The rug needs to be unused and in its original condition. Contact us and we will walk you through the process.
If you change your mind straight after ordering, you can cancel free of charge within 15 minutes of purchase.
